Registration

Registration for the conference is open until seats are available.

Each person interested to participate at Mooc2Move conference needs to be registered as presenter or attendee. It is necessary to be registered (as author or as non-presenting attendee) to have access to the conference area.

Each author needs to register individually to be able to attend the conference.

Conference attendance is FREE but, places are limited, thus registration is a requirement to attend. People interested in participating must complete the registration form below and wait for the confirmation of registration.

If you wish to obtain an attendance certificate, there is an administration fee of € 10. There will be a conference dinner on Friday 9 April is at a cost of € 40 per person.

Please note that:

  • If you are interested in showing your organization’s services and products in the field of language learning and training or in demonstrating your commitment to support education, please send an email to conference@mooc2move.eu.
  • All running projects with Erasmus + funding have the right to use project funds for dissemination trips with the purpose of promotion of their projects and outcomes. A representative of any of the partners can benefit from these dissemination events.

Registration includes:

  • Admission to all conference’s sessions;
  • A printed Conference Programme;
  • A Conference buffet lunch (Friday);
  • Snacks/coffee breaks (daily: Friday and Saturday);
  • Wi-Fi connection at the venue.
  • Special rate for the Conference dinner of Friday;
  • Possibility, for authors, to present a maximum of two papers and to have them published (if accepted) in HAL (Hyper Articles en Ligne), (see description here).

INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA PURPOSE Only if you need an official invitation letter, you must register by 1st february 2021 and write the requested information in this section.

Administrative costs

If you wish to receive the attendance or paper certificate (€ 10) and/or are interested to attend the Friday conference dinner (€ 40), you can pay these administrative costs in one of the following ways:

  • By PayPal, using the Paypal account linked to the email address fenice.eu@gmail.com (you do not need to have a PayPal account to use this payment method).
  • Through a payment slip on the postal account n° 17302803 held by the Federazione Nazionale Insegnanti Centro di iniziativa per l’Europa (only from Italy)
  • By Bank Transfer, (see here).

General Terms and Conditions

For organizational reasons payments relating to the certificate must be made within one week after the confirmation of registration. Once the payment is completed, please send, , attached to a message to conference@mooc2move.eu, a scanned copy of the receipt. If we do not receive the copy of the payment, we will delete the name from the list of people who will receive the certificate.
