Registration

Participation in the Mooc2Move conference is free, but any person interested in attending must be registered as an author or participant. Only registered participants will have access to the platform. Registration must be done by completing the registration form below no later than March 21, 2021. Any registrations made subsequently will not be taken into consideration.

The keynotes speakers and the accepted abstract authors will be presented live through Cisco Webex platform by the moderator of each thematic session. Through the platform, attendants can chat and ask questions to the presenters after each speech. The platform will be used also as a communication and management platform for the Conference and used for preparatory and organizational meetings between the event’s coordinator and the speakers.

A detailed schedule with associated links for connecting to virtual rooms will be sent to people registered prior to the event.

Registration includes:

• Admission to all conference’s sessions;
• Possibility, for authors, to present a maximum of two papers and to have them published (if accepted) in HAL (Hyper Articles en Ligne), (see description here).
